What payment options may I use?

Currently E-Pharm Nutrition accepts all major credit cards, paypal or payment via Amazon account.

Is my information safe?

Absolutely. Any personal information collected from you will not be sold to third parties, or distributed to any parties that are outside the scope of normal business. Additionally, the SHOPEPHARM.com site is certified and secured by several leading security parties.

Will I be charged tax?

No US customer, except for those residing in Illinois, will be charged tax.

What are my shipping options?

Currently E-Pharm Nutrition ships only within the 48 contiguous US states. Shipping is determined at checkout and based on order dollar amount and/or weight. Default shipping method is UPS ground. For more information, please refer to the Shipping page.

How long does it take my order to ship?

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement if placed during the business week (M-F). If placed outside these days, the order will be shipped on the next normal business day.

Do you accept returns?

Because of the nature of the products we sell, do not currently accept returns. If you have an issue with your order please Contact Us.
